What an incredible inspiration trip. I was based in the Hague and moved around between Amsterdam and Antwerp while I was there! I was living a dream! I have always wanted to travel to different cities and paint collections inspired by the people, history and beauty of each place. This year Maui and Holland have certainly filled my inspiration cup! Here are a few of my favorite images as well as some studio shots.

My next big trip is Maimi for Art Basel then I am thinking that I am off to BALI for January to paint and explore!

I am back from Holland!!!! What an incredible inspiration trip. I was based in the Hague and moved around between Amsterdam and Antwerp while I was there! I was living a dream! I have always wanted to travel to different cities and paint collections inspired by the people, history and beauty of each place. This year Maui and Holland have certainly filled my inspiration cup! Here are a few of my favorite images as well as some studio shots.

The beauty of being an artist. Free as a bird! Headed to where the inspiration will find me.

I am headed to Holland to paint on a super creative decadent hiatus. I absolutely adore the Netherlands! The culture, the scenery, the history! I will be spending my days taking photos of inspiring things, sponging the scene, drinking “coffee” from the “coffee” shops,  connecting with friends, designing some cool new stuff for a double top secret new project for Anthropologie. PAINTING A NEW COLLECTION TOTALLY INSPIRED BY THE NETHERLANDS!!!!!!!!  I have packed 59 tubes of fresh paint. 20 paint brushes and I have two giant rolls of gessoed canvas that will await me in my makeshift studio in holland!

I will be staying in a cottage built in the early 1800′s in THE HAGUE. Ill go on fun day trips!

Vermeer, Van Gogh, De Kooning, Escher…..they are all Dutch artists! What in the hell inspired them?

I want to live the Dutch life! I am going to ride my bike! Drink Beer, eat cheese and dance!!!! and most importantly I AM GOING TO PAINT PAINT PAINT!!!!!

Every new year is a blessing and I am very excited to have a birthday AUGUST 19th. I am a total leo. I am posting some images of my bday wish list.

I am absolutely thrilled to be actively selling work at the DCOTA and also in the design district in Miami. I love that everything is inspired by the by the beautiful bright colors of nature!
